Mr. Rony Sternbach
Currently founder & CEO at Eldav. Mr. Sternbach has extensive experience in mergers, acquisition, investments and strategic advisory. Prior to establishing Eldav, Mr. Sternbach was a Founding-Partner of IEL Israel Equity, an Israeli private equity firm focused on buyouts of Israeli companies. Prior to that, Mr. Sternbach was a Senior Advisor at the Mergers and Acquisitions Groups of Deutsche Bank and Bear Stearns in New York. He advised, primarily, large cap clients, in the defense, aerospace and technology sectors, as well as private equity / LBO funds. In this capacity he also participated in principal investments, and overall advised on transactions valued at over $40B. Prior to its acquisition by Deutsche Bank, Mr. Sternbach was a member of the M&A Group of Bankers Trust / Wolfensohn in New York. Mr. Sternbach, a CPA, holds an MBA degree, with Distinction, from the Wharton Business School, a degree in Real Estate Management and Appraisal, and a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Eli Sahar
Has 9 years of experience of leading and implementing enterprise IT communications and large scale technological projects, including: penetration of national-level DSL infrastructure with Bezeq, IT architecture of retail POS solution in BeeCom Israel, and platform design of healthcare Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. He approaches the video surveillance markets with the mindset of delivering enterprise-quality solutions as managed online services. Eli holds an Information Technology and management BA degree from Tel-Aviv College.
Mr. Stas Oskin
Has over 8 years of experience in IT engineering, development and management of enterprise products. He has an extensive expertise in web-based platforms, streaming media, distributed storage, clustered solutions and networks. As CTO of Neo, Stas focuses on the technology and architecture of NeoVSP™, with the vision of managed services being the next evolutionary cycle of video surveillance products.
Prior to NeoVSP™, Stas acted as the CTO of BeeCom Israel, where he led the company’s strategic shift to open-source/Linux based platforms. He also participated in multiple high-profile software projects, consulting such organizations such as BeeContact, Dead Sea Labs, and Ministry of Defense, and was a co-founder of Comoona, the first Israeli online social network.
He holds Cisco CCNA, and currently studies computer sciences and management at The Open University of Israel.
Oded Ilan
With over 12 years of experience in international business development, marketing and sales, Mr. Ilan brings to NeoVSP vast experience in taking technology into the international market and in fund raising. Mr. Ilan has over 5 years of specific experience in marketing VSaaS (service based surveillance solutions), having pushed MVaaS solutions to leading corporations such as Cable & Wireless, Reliance Telecom and Telefonica. Mr. Ilan's former roles include CEO and Co-founder of Comobile, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Olencom Electronics, Vice President Business Development at Credics Financial Software and Business Development Manager at IDT Corp (IDT).
Mr. Gil Rosen
Has over 10 years of experience in marketing and sales of Value Added Services to global Telco's, ISP's and mobile operators. Mr. Rosen main expertise is establishing productive and mutually beneficial co-operations with leading Telco/ISP players world-wide in offering new exciting VAS products.
Prior to joining NeoVSP, Mr. Rosen has led a broadband access solution for ECI Telecom, and managed global sales for LocatioNet. Before that, Mr. Rosen has initiated and led innovative strategic projects while serving as VAS marketing manager for Motorola-Mirs.
Mr. Rosen holds an Industrial Management M.Sc. degree from Tel-Aviv University and a Mechanics Engineering B.Sc. degree from the Technion at Haifa.
